The value for money at this lodge was great and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was stunning, with beautiful views and the chance to see wildlife and rock paintings. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Gift and Mr. Emanuel who took us on walks and showed us animals, and Ms. Erika at the reception who always had a smile.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

Title: Cozy Decor and Senior-Friendly Atmosphere. The hotel's decoration was lovely, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The general areas were tastefully adorned with traditional touches, showcasing the beauty of Namibian culture. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the lodge, with easy pathways and well-maintained facilities that catered to my needs.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and responsive to the guests' needs. A little more warmth and helpfulness from the staff would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location in the beautiful Erongo Mountains was absolutely mind-blowing. The staff went above and beyond to keep us happy, and our interactions with them were super memorable. The guided walk was a jaw-dropping experience, making us feel connected to nature. The desert surroundings were fantastic, and the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The staff, except for those in the restaurant, were cheerful and incredibly helpful. we had a truly amazing stay and would definitely return!
